16 August 2023: MAIT, India’s apex industry body empowering the IT, Telecom and Electronics industry, in association with leading legal firm Lakshmikumaran Sridharan (LK & S) Attorney, organised today a knowledge session on Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
Mr. Harish Krishnan, Chair-EoDB Committee, MAIT, set the context of the session and shared the essence of the Act.
During the session, Mr. Prashant Phillips, Partner, LK & S, threw light on various aspects of the act through a wonderful presentation during the session.
The session concluded with the ‘Vote of Thanks’ remark of Lt. Col. Harsh Vardhan(Veteran), Deputy Director General, MAIT.
